Our story
We’re JB and Chris: we’re brothers who grew up in Westchester and have spent more than 20 years working in beer and coffee.
We care about coffee and craft beer, exploring new roasters and breweries, and creating a community space.
Climbing Wolf was built on that idea: source a rotating lineup of great coffee and great beer, execute consistently, and create a space where people feel at home. We believe the details matter — dialing in espresso, keeping clean draft lines, curating a thoughtful lineup of coffee roasters and breweries — but what matters most is you and how you feel when you’re here.
